After being in Amsterdam last year for the Abraham-Hicks event, this year we were in Edinburgh.

I was fairly new to the teachings of Abraham-Hicks so this year’s conference deepened my understanding of being a co-creator with the law of attraction.

One of the salient points that came through was about “negative“ thoughts – not to ignore them or berate yourself but to just recognise that they indicate what you want instead.  It’s a stick with two ends, often the most prevalent end is the “I don’t want” but the other end of the stick is the “I want this instead”.  When we have unhelpful thoughts, subconsciously, we are “firing off rockets” to lay down tracks of what we want instead.

I had a useful reminder to set intention, focus on the feeling of where I am heading and allow it happen.  Moving from the path of least resistance to the path of allowance.  I know that the “when” and “how” are not important when manifesting and instead the FEELING of “why” drives momentum.

Along the tracks we lay down, we start to notice and embrace the feelings of our manifestation as we journey along them. Life and situations can slow us down and for a while turn us in the opposite direction but one of the things that came through this year was to raise momentum by finding easy existing markers.  In other words, turning my attention to the feelings I want to have and that may mean going back to a memory that gave me feelings of joy, confidence, calmness etc.  If you can hold that feeling for 17 seconds and then for another 17 seconds and then for another 17 seconds you can get back on track again for where you are going.

Your Inner Being/ Universe/Higher Self/ Source Energy already knows what you want and supports you moving nearer to it – everything is meant to be as it is.  Your Inner Being won’t join you if you are off the tracks, only when you are on track to being who you are meant to be.

We can’t step out of the Law of Attraction and we continue to be a co-creator of our lives and a “deliberate attractor”. Feel your way rather than think your way to your desires.  We can’t manifest for others but we can raise our own vibration and choose to focus on our own dreams.  What we don’t like about others or situations is usually about ourselves rather than them.

Have fun with co-creating, that feeling pleased knowing that you will find that car parking space, send out thoughts and feelings of spending money and it will come in, pre-pave your life ie manifest through feeling how you intend your day to be and notice how things and life start to become easier and synchronicities occur.

Focus on being well and healthy rather than being ill.  Words and thoughts can hold you in patterns, and they only get us so far.  We are blessed with imagination and hold the feelings of memories that raise our vibrations and move us forward to having and being what we truly want.

“We practice the Art of Allowing. Which means reaching for the thought that feels best, not the thought that is the real thought, not the thought that is telling it like it is. Telling it like it is only holds you where it is: “Damn it, I’m going to tell it like it is. I’m going to tell it like it is, because everybody wants me to tell it like it is.”

Tell it like it is if you like it like it is. But if you don’t like it like it is, then don’t tell it like it is—tell it like you want it to be. If you tell it like you want it to be long enough, you will begin to feel it like you want it to be. And when you feel it like you want it to be, it be’s like you want it to be”.
